Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Free returns are only Valid on Work boots (Hydrogen & Helium) and Work shoes (Lithium) purchased online at ergonx.com.au.

All Insoles and Socks are not eligible for free returns and the returns as at the customers expense.

On Footwear we have a 6 month warranty guarantee

Our safety footwear is proudly supported by a manufacturer's warranty lasting six (6) months from the purchase date.  Ergonx's safety shoes and boots are covered by a warranty for a period of six (6) months from the date of purchase, guarding against any defects in workmanship or materials under normal usage conditions and intended purposes.

Please note that this warranty will not be applicable if our products are deemed to have been misused or subjected to excessive wear and tear, including exposure to chemicals, cement, lime, or extreme heat beyond their intended use environments.  To claim any warranty, the purchaser must present the footwear along with proof of purchase to the original place of purchase.

Upon submission, the footwear will be inspected by one of our authorised employees at Ergonx. If the footwear is found to be defective, we will undertake necessary repairs and return the footwear to you if feasible. If repair is not possible, Ergonx will provide a replacement pair of footwear.It is essential to note that this warranty is complementary to your statutory rights as a consumer and does not restrict or limit them.

Our products are accompanied by guarantees that are protected under the Australian Consumer Law. You have the entitlement to receive a replacement or refund in the event of a major failure or compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable minor damages. Furthermore, if the goods do not meet acceptable quality standards and do not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have them repaired or replaced.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
