How does the rigid shank help on ladders?

It resists folding through the middle of the foot, helping spread pressure from narrow ladder rungs while the forefoot remains free to flex.

Does it grip on wet tiles?

The outsole is SRA tested for slip resistance on ceramic tile with a soapy solution and is also antistatic and fuel-oil resistant.

Does it flex while kneeling?

Yes. Helium Black flexes across the forefoot at the toe joints while its rigid shank controls unwanted bending through the midfoot.
