Painful Big Toe Callus πŸ˜– This thick callus on the inside of the big toe is usually caused by too

Painful Big Toe Callus πŸ˜– This thick callus on the inside of the big toe is usually caused by too much pressure. The most common reasons are a foot that pronates (rolls in) too much or wearing footwear that’s too hard or doesn’t support the foot properly. In today’s treatment, I’m carefully removing the callus to relieve the pressure and make walking much more comfortable. Most patients need this treated every 8–10 weeks, and using a good urea-based moisturiser between visits helps keep the skin softer and reduces cracking. The long-term goal isn’t just removing the callusβ€”it’s reducing the pressure that’s causing it in the first place. That’s why supportive footwear can make such a difference. If you’re on your feet all day for work and keep getting painful calluses, check out our Australian podiatrist-designed arch support work boots. They’re designed to help support your feet, reduce excessive pronation, and make long days on the job more comfortable. πŸ‘’ Check them out here: https://ergonx.com.au/collections/work-boots (ergonx.com.au) #Ergonx #WorkBoots #FootPain #Podiatrist #CallusRemoval
